Pros

Nothing - this is just an awful, awful company who is spearheaded by a tyrant.

The claims of all the positives are false. Don't trust what is said. Walk through these doors & experience it for yourself: the recruiting staff is 4 recruiters and 10 recruiters quit or were terminated. 1 recruiter was terminated & the following few days that terminated recruiter's placement went to Kevin Higgins who got credit & the money. Recruiters are paid only when they make placements which hasn't been happening since EOY 2014. There is grave workplace hostility from 1 manager to all other employees including sexual harassment, verbal intimidation, swearing, slamming fists/palms on desks, loud fights behind closed doors to other management, etc. Kevin Higgins is the worst boss who believes he is top dog. He belittles & ridicules employees both to their face & behind their back including down the hall with open-door. He has threatened to steal employees from other companies & has lost clients. When things get tough, he will calm down for a day or so but then when things "pick up" again he'll start his tirade all over again which consists of belittling other races, calling people morons & idiots, calling himself a moron/idiot to attempt to feebly make up for the vast ridicule of others (but then he rages). Someone should audit this company big time regarding the wages paid to employees as this no doubt is violating financial & business laws. Just an awful, awful company who is in denial of it's downfall. Karma is real: beware of this company & do not work there, do not become a client, & do not attempt to be sourced out of this company. The recruiters do their best & they are not dumb people, they do not need micromanagement -- they need a boss who knows how to be a manager himself. kevin needs to go back to school & realize his management style of fear-tactics, terror, threats, & belittling, mocking, ripping apart other races, genders, & ways of living is WRONG. Training consisted being told how sourcing good employees is comparable to dating: you don't sleep with the first person who meet, you shop around a bit, you do some looking around, etc & a comparison which constittues of sexual subjects is not right in the workplace & violates sexual harassment laws especially as these subjects are used constantly, day after day, several days in a row. If you shuffle your feet or look the other way, you will be argued at & made to feel small & as a child & thought as ignorant by this man. This company is just awful, awful, awful. They also make us recruiters work 24-7 remotely and if you don't, you'll be yelled at -- all without pay. No placements. No money. Angry environment. Don't believe me? Walk through these doors on a random day and you'll see it. Become employed -- you'll know it. You'll be appalled. Google other reviews -- other people have felt the same. Do some research. You think "only dissatisfied people make reviews"? I know first hand Kevin Higgins posted the 2 positive reviews. Happy people also make reviews -- there just will be no happy people found at this company unless they have found a different job elsewhere.

Cons

Sometimes the freedom from micromanagement can take some getting used to. While we do have certain metrics of performance in place, we are not a quota-driven or "hard-management" environment. The true professional recruiter thrives in this environment where managers are not constantly looking over their shoulder or treating them as commodities.
