Pros
I have been with HST for over three years, and I feel it is one of the best places I have worked. The company culture is extremely positive and inclusive, making it easy to feel like a team, even in a remote environment. There is a strong emphasis on open communication, and it is very refreshing. One standout aspect of working at HST is the benefits package. HST contributes a significant amount into employees' HSAs, and I haven't had an increase to my premium since I was initially employed; all YOY benefit increases have been paid by HST. I would certainly recommend HST as a great place to work for anyone looking for a change.
Cons
Although we typically have small team gatherings, we haven't had a full company engagement. It would be nice to see that in the near future to see everyone in person.
