Great working relationships with the hospital client, clear orders and expectations from legal standpoint, and for the most part, if you're right in your decision making, the company will back you
Cons
Lack of raises over time as pay is built into multi-year contracts with the client hospital, "not right for the culture" is used as an excuse to terminate employees when there is no legal/policy/moral objections to their performance, absolutely no work/life balance at any level
