      - Meet a lot of unique people. - Decent holiday benefits.

      Cons

      - Zero forward career progression. - Horrendous nepotistic hierarchy. (Only friends and family get the big paying roles) - Pitiful pay for the industry (salary is lower than most commission based companies and you get 0 commission here). - Atrocious internal communication - Zero reward/compensation for extra work

      Pros

      Loved my residents, they made the terrible nightmare of being an Hsl employee worth it.

      Cons

      Downsides are that you are asked to violate fair housing when you know that you’re right and you’ve spoken to an attorney about it, but you were asked to violate for housing just to make the regionals look good and when you did and invoice your opinion, you get terminated
