I feel that HSL has got the balance exactly right by giving their showroom managers (Team Leaders) plenty of autonomy; but at the same time providing support, business tools and advice whenever needed. It's a warm, friendly and supportive company, run by a lovely family. When recruiting, we look for a warm personality and the ability to build rapport above anything else. And while the ability to manage a sale through to its conclusion is (of course) important for our business, we offer a wide breadth of confidence-building techniques and support.
