      Pros

      HSC has a very good environment where all the people who work there are like family.

      Cons

      The job is stressful at times and so I wish that the pay was a little higher, however, other than that I have no complaints.

      Pros

      Management really emphasizes the family culture and do as much as possible to make you feel valued. Lots of little perks.

      Cons

      The work demands constant attention and lots of training for measly hourly pay.
