      Cons

      Politics ruins for job promotion. Certain Team Leader (TL) and Department Manager(DM) are toxic and not professional. Because of this attitude HSBC HDPM lost so many great staff. Those TL and DM only entertain and guide those people who pull off actions of brown-nosing.
