I've been with this company for many years and plan to stay for the foreseeable future. The work environment is supportive, the team is great, and there's a real sense of stability. I've had opportunities to grow, take on new challenges, and build strong relationships. It’s a place where hard work is noticed and valued.

After being here for many years, there is nothing that really springs to mind.

Poor working environment, Micro managed, staff traded poorly especially if you had an your say about things. Old school management, even clients have refused to work with senior parts of the time. Not very understanding with personal matters - but again this depends on the person.
