I’ve been with HSB Technical for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been a really positive experience. The team here is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely collaborative, which makes coming into work enjoyable. I’ve had the chance to grow my skills as a recruiter while working across interesting sectors, and I feel valued for the work I do. Poor working environment, Micro managed, staff traded poorly especially if you had an your say about things. Old school management, even clients have refused to work with senior parts of the time. Not very understanding with personal matters - but again this depends on the person.
