Loved every single aspect of this job-- you really feel like a true professional in this workplace. Extreme respect for employees. Well compensated and great benefits. The only reason why I left was because I had to relocate where the office would be way too far from home. Highly recommend! (But I believe the company name has changed now...)

Many young people work at HSA. The company is a great place for entry geologist. Many of the employees are very social.

The Company is very cheap. I was working 55-60 hours a week with no overtime compensation. Then because they were behind on their schedule, they started to demand that their salaried employees work during the weekends.... Essentially you could be working 70 hour work week. They think you dont have a personal life at all. Senior management brag how the reason the company makes so much money is because they underpay their employees and overwork them.
