Pros
No pros, choose to work with them if the alternative is to starve.
Cons
- Management - They inform you that the first 3 months are training period where you are expected to keep learning about the Product (mostly items that are resells of known Chinese websites, even then they are overpriced), BUT if you don't reach the sales target within 20 days expect to be terminated. -Training is non-existent, even if you raise some questions they will be dismissed with the excuse that they will be time for questions later. -On the topic of training, the "training" they offer is just a Word document that you must read (?) poorly explained processes and if you ask for someone to show you how a specific task is done, again you will be dismissed, so prepare to keep reading this document even if it does not explain anything. -They will keep insisting on reaching a specific number of interactions per day However, even if you are hired for a specific market they will most likely change that. I was hired for a specific market and never got the chance to work for the market I was hired. - They will purposely assign workload so that you never reach the target of interactions they require. Additionally, if you don't keep annoying them with more workload, they will throw accusations your way, so keep that in mind. -Salary : The salary you agreed upon will never be paid out. On the agreement that was signed. The document that was supposed to be used to track your hours worked, was tampered with and the salary that was paid out was less than what was worked. I am not sure if this is even legal. - Lack of clarity and communication. Even if you raise some question, concerns about any topic, you will be dismissed and informed that everything will be fine. -Commission. You will never get the commission that was agreed upon as they will for sure tamper with your sales, income. - Ignorance of upper management : Even if you raise a point of why your sales, interactions are not what the company expects, you will be dismissed nonetheless In conclusion, I would prefer to stay unemployed rather to work with such a company.
