Pros
The team at HRWize is a dream to work with. I have never worked anywhere that feels like such a family. Everyone is working toward a common goal and we are given the autonomy to work out our own path to help achieve it. The level of trust among the team is very high and that is motivating to work hard everyday. The company really exemplifies the values that they put forward of integrity, accountability and teamwork. They care about helping their employees grow and develop with training and mentorship. Having the flexibility to work remotely means that this environment is very conducive to self-starters and autonomous workers; everyone’s ideas are welcomed and taken into consideration. We have the benefits of a very close team, with the support of a larger parent organization providing competitive salaries and benefits. We also often participate in social and community events which helps build the morale and relationships among the team members.
Cons
This isn't the place for people who want to coast through their daily schedule and get told what to do. Employees are all very engaged in their work despite not always being in the same physical location.
