      Pros

      The company culture from the top down is very supportive and transparent. Expectations are communicated clearly and support is provided from management and peers alike. I feel like I am appreciated and my work is valued. Managers provide guidance and support with all aspects of the job. Career growth is supported by upper management. Overall, a great place to work.

      Cons

      It is a small company, so benefits are not as comprehensive as with larger corporations. However, the company is very generous in helping to compensate for that.

      Pros

      Love the culture. Fast paced but relaxed at the same time. Always busy, always learning something new. Work with wonderful, smart colleagues... all with great talent and contributions that continue to make us better as we grow. Flexible, supportive and not stodgy. This is a flat culture where everyone's opinion is taken into account and where everyone--from the CEO on down--gets into the weeds to get things done. Company values work/life balance and is quick to accommodate when needed to help employees with personal life issues.

      Cons

      Sometimes, there aren't enough hours in the day to get things done.
