Pros

Good location - close to all bars/pubs and nightlife Good System - Hard at start but once you get to know the system, works very well with healthcare recruitment

Cons

Management really have no structure or consistency in their decisions Internal politics and a very negative outlook. Focussed too much on what other agencies/companies are doing. There is a clique and if you are not part of that, everything becomes a lot harder. No real vision Treated people who have left/still there really bad. The company deteriorated in the time I was there. When I started everyone seemed happy and got along, but within a few months and a few bad hires, they lost their vision/culture. Speaking to friends at different agencies, its obvious HRN do not pay their staff in line with industry standards, and always made to feel that we were getting paid loads.

Pros

positive work environment, and encourages growth and innovation, then look no further than HRN. It's more than just a workplace; it's a community where you can thrive both personally and professionally.

Cons

personally I love it, but not for everyone.

Pros

Offer one if the highest housing stipends and work with many large institutions.

Cons

Not available for support when truly needed. Basically want nurses to give their all, but management doesn't always have their nurses backs.

Hello, thank you for this feedback, but as we don't have any offices in the U.S. or have traveling nurse positions, we are not sure if this was meant to be for us. If it was indeed for HRN, would you specify where you worked just to ensur we could follow up on the support? We would love to hear from you!
