      The company provides exposure to different HR solutions and systems in different levels from a support analyst to the Functional/Technical consultant and to Project Managers.

      Cons

      The company currently does not have the practise of telecommuting. There are relatively less positions to move to as currently it is a small company as compared to a bigger firm where there are other departments to move to.
