      HRM allows for the opportunity to collaborate with your fellows. It promotes a creative and relaxed atmosphere- you can wear jeans to work! The people are nice, and open to input, yet they will continually push you to do better.

      Cons

      Promotions are currently a little slow, but with more incoming business comes more opportunities.
