Pros
Not as single Pros, very bad employee policy.
Cons
1) They will do 1 year bonds with very high amount of cheque submission. 2) If you get hospitalize due to some illness they will just terminate you, and submit your bond cheque in the bank for claiming the amount. 3) They have never done FnF on time for any of the employee. You have to beg for your money after leaving the company then only they will give you. 4) Salary never credited on time, if it does then always one of the employee will get less salary and then you have to justify or have to take multiple follow up to get back your full salary.
