Good Entry Experience - Recruiting Associate HRCap Employee Review

Throughout the summer internship, I experienced diverse tasks, from research to content creation. I was able to learn necessary skills for professionalism as well. People are very kind and friendly, and they actually care for your growth and learning during the internship. There is constant feedback and check-in. A mix of on-site and online works is great. You have direct exposure to executives too, and they are truly inspiring. Definitely recommends to work here who values growth and friendly environment.

Managers are not that updated on how to guide or manage the employees and not good benefits
