There is only tele calling work. They don't provide experience letter.

1.) Company won't provide you an experience letter. 2.) They will keep you for 3-4 months happily & once the time of appraisal they use different tactics for each & everyone & will fire one by one. 3.) Seniors are pollitically involved with the management & dont teach anything to juniors. 4.) Appraisal is only done of seniors working there. 5.) Deduction in salary if targets are not completed daily.
