Pros
as a remote company, its hard to be connected to my clients and colleagues. At HR1, we have a great weekly breakout games and fun sharing music and personal experiences that makes me, "Me"! When I need help, I have a whole team to reach out and get support. Sometime customer servicing clients can be a challenge, but i always know i can message a colleague or manager, even my CEO, to help me! My CEO is also a 25 years experienced analyst, and he will always jump on a call with my clients to support me.
Cons
remote job can be lonely. so having the game days with the team weekly or monthly really help!
