Cons
There is no room for advancement in this company unless everyone in your department decides to quit and you're the last one left. They treat their employees bad and expect a annual "fun day" to compensate for the mistreatment of their employees. If you are hired on to this company, more than likely you are more qualified than your manager to be a manager. If you are not in sales, then you are a low class employee. Expect to be handling multiple responsibilities while continuing to be asked to do more without recognition or extra compensation. Expect to be chastised or even fired if you make one mistake.
