As you keep meeting the recruiting targets, all is good, but once you miss the target, he will make your life miserable by torturing mentally and directly threatens to throw you away from job. He asks joiners to work free for the first month as a security deposit, and you only get your first salary if you meet 2 months of targets. He overburdens employees with recruitment targets, calls at work on weekends and national holidays and if at all you miss to achieve your target, be ready to be thrown out without salary on the very last day of the monthly payout. The incentives are only peanuts or pocket money > just enough to buy a burger once a month Moreover, HR Remedy doesn't believe in giving salary slips or job experience letters.
