      Pros

      Fulfilling place to work for HR Professionals looking to expand/grow professionally, as well as make a difference! I have learned so much since starting with HRC, and enjoy making a valuable impact with the work I do. The team at HRC is welcoming, supportive, and passionate about their work. I enjoy working with such a great and driven team. Each day is an opportunity to work on something different, so there is a great amount of job variety. Hybrid work schedule is a plus!

      Pros

      Great team, great clients, culture is caring, open, collaborative - excellent environment to learn and grow! Hybrid work schedule that is flexible.

      Cons

      Project work and tracking time is not for everyone. Must be able to stay accountable in managing time/work as well as provide high quality deliverables to our clients. But, the team is super supportive and helps you along the way :)

      Pros

      I'm grateful to be a part of a company with a truly strong and supportive team. The flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance. There are also many opportunities for both professional growth and further development of HR industry knowledge. A fantastic workplace overall!!

      Cons

      Just need to be able to self-organized when it comes to your time and projects.
