      Pros

      Trains you to have an eye for detail and have good brands.

      Cons

      Upper management play the blame game to the point of it being bullying and abrasive. A very tight clique of people who make decisions and brown nosing will get you very far here.

      There weren't many tbh - some of the staff were great at their jobs.

      Cons

      Cronyism and toxic nature because of it. Such a shame.
