Great management team and office staff

Could be hot in the plant

Time off is almost always accepted, lots of non-work perks. Can make great money if you manage to land a whale. CEO and ownership seem to genuinely want to improve and be looking for opportunities to do so constantly. If you are a party hard "bro" you'll love the vibe.

Management thinks they are in the Wolf of Wallstreet. Constant inappropriate behavior, language, conversation, and more. To the point that if you are a woman or person of color I could not recommend you work here. Management will insult and criticize for use of PTO, extra-curriculars, or "kumbaya bulls***" (general pleasant conversation) but takes time off and plays 6-15 games of ping-pong a day. Extremely clique-y almost to a high school level. Goals and metrics are for all intents and purposes arbitrary and ignore a failing market. Account 360 just means do sales and operations and only get paid for sales even though they will say you are on a separate team. Culturally it really is a frat house of guys who are banking off of past success and listen to Jordan Peterson and Joe Rogan all day. This is a 24 hour job, non-optional on-call about once every 6 weeks. There is no such thing as work life balance. I worked during every vacation I had while I was here and staff who had been there 5 years mentioned this was the first time in that long they had a vacation without working. You'll be on your laptop from about 0730 til about 2100 at least 4 days a week.
