      Pros

      flexible WFH, competitive pay, HQ office is at the beach, good healthcare benefits, flexible to work out of state.

      Cons

      no leadership vision, no real design because you are really designing for the principal, they will change your design even after client sign off. There is also a huge disconnect with the designers and those who draft, very little attention to detail. but some how also nit pick the smallest detail while ignoring glaring issues. "leadership" is too focused on the day-to-day project decisions rather than looking at the firm's process and big picture.

      Pros

      Close to the beach. If you're looking for a semi retirement job, with no accountability then you found your firm.

      Cons

      Lack of any standards, whether it's related to office policies, or projects.A huge gap between management and employees. Two layers of employees, the 1st are project managers, directors and principles ... yet they lack the fundamentals of management; and these are the "HPI Face" . The 2nd group work between naps. Mediocre products and projects may run over budget and management are willing to lie to clients. No standards for compensation, an employee that work under you might be compensated at a higher rate.
