      You learn ALOT about all aspects of business. Leadership is professional and fun. As an account manager you learn a lot about everything, have some pretty amazing clients and are incentivized to sell.

      Cons

      If not used to being in a sales role, you may find leadership and sales process frustrating.

      Pros

      Ownership truly tries to do right by their employees. Always tries to challenge it employees to ensure parts are made to highest of quality and productivity. Appreciative of their clients. Management is fair and try to be accommodating to family work life balance.

      Cons

      Organization of operations could use some work.

      It is a nice place to work and has a nice family environment to it.

      Some client requests are not easily obtainable and can be hard to overcome from a programmer standpoint.
