In a large company like HP, there are many different experiences. However, HP is generally considered one of the best employers in Barcelona. While the salaries are competitive (though not the highest in the city), the opportunities for growth and learning are substantial if you find yourself in the right position.
Cons
Some teams may hinder your growth, so you must be proactive in building your career. Longevity alone won't earn you rewards. While the environment isn't always strictly meritocratic, good people are properly compensated.
