      -Good work-life balance -Most colleagues are nice and easy going -A lot of free resources you can learn from -Average compensation

      Cons

      -Promotion and raises is extremely difficult to attain even if you are a recognized top performer -Bureaucracy is rampant, you have to fight your way through to get things done -Depending on your team, some management are clueless or over focusing on the present

      Globally recognized company. Good work/life balance. I don't feel micro-managed in my role. I appreciate the benefits.
