Pros

benefits, health discount, money, nothing else, nothing else..

Cons

Was forced to work on days off, overworked, and always understaffed in the lab. Lab techs are not doing well in the lab because we all were all exhausted and we never catch a break. Three people from the lab quit in a less year. We always have to wait for trucks and we have to stay past our shift because of trucks arriving late and one of supervisors demanded to get a cream truck in past our shift even though she knew that we were about to leave. Managements suck. They yell at us when we tell them they're doing it wrong. Attack us when we give them results. Not even a fun place to work at.

Pros

Working at HP Hood for a short of amount of time was a blessing in disguise. The interview was fairly simple, as it went from a phone call screening to then an interview with the head IT admin. Once there, they connect you with every team in the building to make sure that you're situated properly. The people in the office are great, as they'll go out of their way to converse with you and are inclusive on top. The culture and work are very manageable and not overbearing.

Cons

The only con I can say is that you have to be in office 5x a week.
