Pros

Good pay and overtime opportunities if you want it. The work is easy and there is no standard.

Cons

Middle school blacktop environment. People have their cliques and if you're not in the circle they'll smile in your face and shake your hand then run to the office and tell the managers stuff about you that's not true just to get you fired. The former graveyard foreman who just recently went to day shift is the biggest snake you'll ever meet in your life. If you like to go to work and work this place isn't for you. Guys come in early for overtime and don't work. They hide in the back where no cameras are and just talk for hours. Guys hide in the pick aisles on their phones. On day shift the guys that load always go outside together and hang out and talk. Almost everyone takes 25-40 minute breaks instead of the 15 and goes to the break room and hang out 10 minutes before punching out for lunch then punch back in and stay for another 20 minutes. Days off are terrible there's guys there for close to 20 years that have days off during the week.

Pros

Working at HP Hood for a short of amount of time was a blessing in disguise. The interview was fairly simple, as it went from a phone call screening to then an interview with the head IT admin. Once there, they connect you with every team in the building to make sure that you're situated properly. The people in the office are great, as they'll go out of their way to converse with you and are inclusive on top. The culture and work are very manageable and not overbearing.

Cons

The only con I can say is that you have to be in office 5x a week.
