Pros

Good pay starting Medical dental, and vision Profit sharing Plenty of overtime (if you want) Good training 401k Plenty of room to advance

Cons

Plenty of overtime (even if you don't want) unobtainable goals with personal and equipment on hand (This can lead to frustration) Some management has a disconnect with the job and a feasible timeline. You have to stay in a job a year to be able to transfer. You don't like your job? To bad if you want to keep working there you'll have to stick with it for a year. Work life balance is terrible (Do not recommend to single parents)

Pros

Working at HP Hood for a short of amount of time was a blessing in disguise. The interview was fairly simple, as it went from a phone call screening to then an interview with the head IT admin. Once there, they connect you with every team in the building to make sure that you're situated properly. The people in the office are great, as they'll go out of their way to converse with you and are inclusive on top. The culture and work are very manageable and not overbearing.

Cons

The only con I can say is that you have to be in office 5x a week.
