Management having favourites and using intimidation tactics. Unnecessary stress to meet sales targets. Constant complaints about candy bar prices from customers. Less hours than expected. Was available 24/7 but given 1 shift a week for most of my duration - even asked for extra only to be told "shifts were being cut everywhere"...meanwhile others complaining about 4-5 shifts a week Took up a second job and reduced my hours only to get a foul attitude. Was not given much opportunity to work upwards.
