      Awesome atmosphere! Managers that care and listen. Great benefits program. Opportunity to move up if you are a motivated worker

      Cons

      Not the greatest base pay for production employees. But comparable to the area for this type of work. Decent wage is just a function of how long you've been there.

      Great benefits, great PTO accrual, and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Poor communication, high work load, favoritism, excessive mandatory overtime, constant shortage of parts, poor planning, poor work instructions, and chronic understaffing.
