Very good team, they supported me a lot.

Need some improvement for many people.

1: if fresher you can learn but with low salary and more work.

1: micro management, take calculation of 8h daily to minute by minute comparison to task. 2: salary cut at any time with same reason of output not come. 3: if they fire you they will not compensate even it's not your fault. 4 : they will tell you to do 8h work daily. They give 16h work and according to them task should take 8h. 5: every task here is high priority task. 6: they don't provide dinner reimbursement. They will tell you that task not completed due to your mismanagement. 7 : no compensation for Saturday Sunday work. 8: who will lick get more hike. 9: you have to give time from your own pocket for bug solving. 10: desk time software in system..so your system should show 8h working time. 11:no work life balance. Even good life change to bad life. 12: you will suffer health issue due to working in this environment. 13 : they will make your life hell. 14: evening on holiday and leave time. You have to carry tension and have to available if some urgent work come
