Pros
Casual dress code. That's it
Cons
Absolute mockery of an organisation. I'm aware that none of the organisation in the world can be perfect but employees here are made to work like programmed machines though, without even training them. No efforts are appreciated here but the slightest of errors are reported to the top management. One is often compared with someone with 2-3 years of experience which is clearly unfair since everyone's aptitude and understanding is different. The management is mostly useless, so they pass on the blame to their subordinates shamelessly and wash their hands off whatever blunders they made in the first place. HARDLY ANY CHANCE OF CAREER GROWTH AS THEY DO NOT PUT ANY TIME OR EFFORT INTO TRAINING, AND YOUR LEARNING CURVE AND APPRAISAL ARE DANGEROUSLY LOW. HIRE AND FIRE CULTURE. You fired for no reason. HR is incompetent and do not really serve their purpose. HR does not respect your time or you. The way they interview candidates and the way seniors show up late to interview you or sometimes don't even show up just shows how they plan to treat you. In short, not a place for someone who has even an ounce of self-respect and the desire to grow.
