Pros
Working at HOPE was great because of so many passionate, committed employees that work there, the many inspirational and courage individuals that go to HOPE for workforce development services and the hundreds of awesome partners and supporters of HOPE in the community.
Cons
While every company has pros and cons, HOPE was no different. The biggest con for me was believe it or not, the location and the building HOPE exists in! Another con was some of the politics that went on as with any non profit because of the impression that has to be given to supporters and/or board members. The pay was good for non profit; benefits were good too.
