- great team that's truly supportive of one another and the work that they do - opportunity to work at a mission-driven company - collaborative & growth mindset - transparency from leadership all the way down - supporting work-from-home for the time being - rapidly growing company that's constantly thinking of new ways to innovate and improve
Cons
sometimes difficult to manage work/life balance (but people are always checking in to make sure you're not on the way to burn out) - Things are always changing (pretty standard for a start-up). If you roll with it, it's really exciting, but could be overwhelming for someone who likes their work "set in stone."
