      Small/intimate relationship with fellow employees. Strong passion for good building/interesting architecture very friendly atmosphere diverse types of projects and exposure very flexible with hours/time off

      small amount of employees can lead to disorganization and confusion dependance on shared tools can lead to waiting times for certain tasks unpaid breaks
