      Upper management is totally dysfunctional. Communication is poor. Quality of product takes a back seat

      Excellent work-life balance and a chance to work with some great people. Flexible working hours. Great training opportunities for sharpening soft and technical skills.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to be strong. Struggling to develop essential internal processes. Unclear direction and prospects for future career growth. Ability to advance does not seem to be linked to experience and skills. Poor communication and high staff turnover.
