      Pros

      Work-life balance and culture are huge driving factors for me, and I have been able to consistently take care of my family. The benefits here have been such a blessing.

      Cons

      No employer is perfect you will always find those who do not love what they do. You find what makes you happy and your best fit and stick with that.

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
