      Complicated Systems. Huge learning curve. Some breakdowns, inconsistency between divisions.

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Cons

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
