Really appreciate your service time here and hope that we can continue to be your employer of choice. On the health benefits side - understand that we have a passion for making sure the value of our benefits match the cost. We're doing some different things for 2019, including reducing some deductibles, eliminating the spousal surcharge and consolidating our high deductible plans to keep the zero cost, employee only plan. I am hopeful these changes will help to reduce the burden of health care costs. Please let us know if you have other ideas on how to manage the escalating costs of health care.
