      Pros

      Employees are good to work with. Pay was good when things were selling. Territory was secured. Steady hours with benefits.

      Cons

      If you had a customer who had several businesses in different territories you had to give control of the other business to another salesman.

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Needs better pay structure for all

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
