      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Management is on point. Pay is decent. Coworkers are awesome.

      Down time is pretty bad around the holidays. The location needs better advertisement.

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
