You don't feel like your just there to work and go home. Most of the employees have 15+ years with the company, I have only been here a year but I don't plan on going anywhere. The Hoj's are the hardest working people you will ever meet and even when business was slow in the past, they kept employees working when Most places would have done lay-offs.
