They not even consider you as a human being as their point of view you have to spend a whole day in their office. you may work or not it doesn't matter but you have to sit for 10 to 12 hrs per day. there is no incentive and extra benefits for sitting a whole day . If you don't want to pursue your own business and not willing to spend a quality time with your family means you may avail this company. As usual cheap politics could happen like they dumb you and assign the task which is not possible to complete the given time but end of the day they gonna blame you.
