Very vision-minded. They seek to improve the nation's infrastructure through a combination of healthy work culture, passion for the projects that are worked on, and hiring some of the best talent.
Cons
Very much focused on the formalities of work culture (the corporate culture). Work/Life balance is harder to manage sometimes. Lots of high-pressure/fast paced culture during the summer months.
