Technology is valued and is a leader in the ACE industry. Great open-door policy. Strives to maintain work sharing between offices nationally.
Cons
Management makes too many organizational changes and doesn't stick to long term goals - a little to concerned with profits "today". Also job hour requirement measurement is not consistent.
