      Pros

      Co-workers mostly good people. Some were very helpfull and honest.

      Cons

      Some bosses are micro-managers, some are so negative they should be a Negative Rod in a Power Plant. No honesty and Corruption in the hiring process. Do not recommend to work under Architects in that firm. If you are friends with the right bosses you can be promoted. Promotions are not done based on Merit and Schooling.

      Great people, company cares about their employees, tuition assistance was huge

      Work is sometimes slow, designers don’t use project controls to fill potential, working with DOT could be tough
